The Lazing Dogun is a Dogun who visits Rodoroc after completion of the level 94 Quest Dwarves and Doguns Part IV, and the end of the Dwarven-Dogun War in the Molten Heights. They take up residence in the lava moat surrounding the central Rodoroc marketplace, making them quite perilous to talk to.
