Mummy's Rag

Mummy's Rag is a legendary level 38 chestplate, given as a reward upon completing the level 36 Wrath of the Mummy quest. It gives several miscellaneous bonuses, including its strong Elemental defense against Air and Earth; however, its largest benefit is the +1 Tier bonus to Attack Speed given, drastically increasing your damage output per second. This is balanced by a large penalty to movement speed, as well as a small penalty to Soul Point regeneration.
