Emerald, the base currency in Wynncraft

Gameplay

The premise of Wynncraft is for players to explore the vast lands and cities (and equally vast ocean), and to kill monsters to level up using Experience. Leveling up unlocks new armor and weapons for your character to use. One can also complete Quests in order to gain experience points and emeralds. All quests have level minimums and vary in the amount of activity needed and the intensity. There are four playable classes - Warrior, Archer, Mage and Assassin (Assassin is available when a player reaches a certain total level on all classes). Each class can only use a specific type of weapon, however, all can join the same servers and have the same experience (More given in parties or when an Experience Bomb is activated).

Currency

The currency of Wynncraft is the Emerald, which is found by trading with other players, killing monsters, Completing dungeons, finding loot chests, breaking pots, or finishing Quests. Sixty-four Emeralds can be converted into one Emerald Block at banks in various cities; these can, in turn, be converted to Liquid Emerald (referred to colloquially as "Liquids" or "LE").

Real Item Name Alternative Names Convertered
Emeralds Em/ems/emmy 64 Emeralds/Emmys --> 1 Emerald Block/EB
Emerald Block EB 64 Emerald Blocks/EBs --> 1 Liquid Emerald/LE/Liquids
Bottle o' Enchanting LE/Liquids 64 Liquid Emeralds/LEs/Liquids --> Nothing More Above This Yet.

Servers

There are a different number of servers at a point in time. The system creates servers every time there is a higher influx of players joining, and some of the servers get removed when there is not as much players online. Each server can be accessed by using the Quick Connect Compass in the lobby or right clicking a sign in the lobby. You can get to the lobby by typing /lobby. There is also a Nether server (WCN), shared globally across all servers, and it can be accessed by going to the Nether Portal near Detlas, or clicking the sign in the lobby.

Donations

Donations are contributions of real money made to the CraftedMovie team to help with server and living expenses. There are various methods of donating. One can buy the VIP or VIP+ ranks, costing $25 USD and $50 USD respectively. There are also Gold Coins, which you can purchase from $5-50 USD. These Gold Coins can be used to buy pets, effects for your character, Gift Bombs and one time use Name Tags on the server. All donations are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Donations should only be made on the official store which can be found here.

Donation Policy

As of April 14th 2014 it is now illegal to sell in-game items for store packages. See here for the post by Tama.
